Description
Developed at Heidelberg University of Education, PROTECT is an indicated prevention programme for students already showing signs of problematic media use. Delivered by trained practitioners in four structured sessions, it addresses underlying mechanisms - performance anxiety, social insecurity, boredom, dysfunctional emotion regulation - and builds healthier alternatives.
